Founded in 2015, the Agile Leadership Academy® (ALA) has pioneered leadership techniques in the agile space for almost a decade. Executives in leading firms have undertaken journeys of personal growth and learning via the ALA’s experiential set of workshops and projects.

Our executive, program, and portfolio management innovations have been adopted into many agile methods including the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). The ALA executive program has also influenced the Scrum Alliance’s Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) program.
